This is official listing of terms for any cancellation or adjustment to service agreements. scottelkinsmedia is a freelance agency specializing in brand and artistic development. Each client is used on a case per case basis to diligence of paying structure on a bi-weekly basis.
(2 to 4 weeks for payment are normal protocol with the majority of employers, salary and hourly wage) cancellations are indication of change in services requested without agency discussion.
Refunds-given on a case per case basis with mutual agreement of terms. allow no less than 30 days for return of funds. this clause is non-negotiable
non payment clause - if you have booked a show spot with prepaid deposit and fail to show up to the scheduled event you forfeit that fee for service rendered
